Rebuilding the Falconer pt1

Engine arrived at Exotic Engines, pulled down, and the work begins. She’s been sitting for 20 years so given that she was in reasonable condition with mild corrosion as expected in some areas but generally looking pretty good.

First job is machining the accessory drive cover to bring it to E.E’s precision standard, and able accept the back up alternator.

Also adding strength to known failure and identified week points.
