The trick here is the fit the inner skin to the wheel well opening first, using it as the fixture, and then bond the outer skin to the inner to ensure a nice clean fit.
We use clear packing tape as a release to prevent the door from being glued to the wing. 10-32 SHCS and nuts are used as temporary fasteners to pull it together nicely.
After the SHCS are removed, the holes are filled with Hysol. Operating experi on several other builds has prove it to never crack.
Also a little more work fairing the scoop to the fuselage.
